How can I order?

You can find the products you are intrested to using the search engine or the website menu. Click on Add to cart on the product you are intrested to adn it will be added to your digital cart,

When you have finished your selections, click on the COMPLETE ORDER link located below the list of products in your cart and you will be taken to a secure connection where you will be asked to set a payment and shipping method.

How do I know if my order has been completed?

After you finish the process of entering the recipient’s details and press Send Order, a message will appear informing you that the order has been completed. The order code is also mentioned in this message, which you should keep. You will also receive an e-mail to the address you provided when completing the order, with all the details of the order from our online store.

How can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order that has not yet been shipped from our store, you must contact us on 2651021946 and provide us with your order number or, if you dont have it, your name and the date it was placed.

Can I return a defective product?

Every customer can return (withdraw) any product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, having informed the store about the exercise of his right by phone 2651021946 or by e-mail at porfirisoe@gmail.com

If the return is due to an error on the part of the store, the customer can either make a new purchase of equal value or a refund of the value of the product can be made as long as the product has not been opened, damaged or used and without the special markings removed brings.

We will refund your money within 10 working days of receipt and inspection of the product in our store.

If a product is not shipped due to the store’s error, the value of the product will be refunded within 10 working days.

If the customer wishes to return the product for personal reasons within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order, through no fault of our store, then the shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer. Our store is entitled to accept the return of the product ONLY if the packaging has not been tampered with and is accompanied by the proof of payment. Refunds are sent within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the product. All merchandise will be inspected upon return to store. Products arrive at our store at the customer’s risk, and must be safe and not damaged during transit. In the event that a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, it should be returned to the customer.

How can I open an account?

To open an account you will register a new member on the right in the menu by filling in your details in the form. Your email will be used as username. Upon successful creation you will be sent an email with your account password


What are the payment methods?

The payment methods for orders in our online store are:

Any bank charges during payment or their eventual return are borne by you, choosing the ORDERER (DEBT/OUR).

Transactions are made through a secure connection with the National Bank of Greece. Upon completion of the transaction, you receive an email from the bank with proof of the charge. porfiris.gr does not have access to your card details and does not store any of your card details. All transactions are encrypted with SSL protocol and RSA key 2048 bits.

What credit cards do you accept?

You can use a debit, credit or prepaid Visa, MasterCard and Maestro card of any Greek or foreign bank.

How much will the shipping cost me?

All products are sent with a transport company or with bus (except aluminum products), after communication with the customer. The charge depends on the volume of the products and the delivery address.

When will I receive the products I ordered?

We make every effort to ensure that orders, if the products you have selected are available, are delivered no later than the next working day to the carrier, so that delivery is achieved within 72 hours.

The company is not responsible for any delays in product deliveries, which are not due to its fault or constitute force majeure events, such as severe weather, road problems, strikes, etc.

If for some reason your order is delayed due to a shortage of the product you selected, we will contact you to inform you of the time of the delay and suggest whether you would like an alternative product.

Can I request shipping to an area outside of Greece?

No. Shipments of our products are made only to areas within Greece.
